African cooking class is where you get to learn dishes specific to West Africa. An explanation of selected dishes and the techniques used as well as shortcuts and tips. This is a cook-along class – You get to cook the selected meal with me. The dishes are selected by you and made at the comfort of your home.
A detailed breakdown of the spices used, where they can be sourced locally and the best alternative spice to derive at authentic flavor and taste.
The ingredients list used for this session will be provided after the purchase has been confirmed. Come with your notepad and yourself.
We will talk through the various methods as well as a cook along with one of the methods explained during this class.
