African cooking class is where you get to learn dishes specific to West Africa. An explanation of selected dishes and the techniques used as well as shortcuts and tips. This is a cook-along class – You get to cook the selected meal with me. The dish is selected at random which would be made in the comfort of your home.
A detailed breakdown of the spices used, where they can be sourced locally, and the best alternative spice to derive from the authentic flavor and taste.
The ingredients list used for this session will be provided after the purchase has been confirmed. Come with your notepad and yourself.
We will talk through the various methods as well as a cook along following one of the methods explained during this class.

I cooked along during the cooking class and my jollof rice turned out to be very tastious delicious. First time to cook Jollof and it was tasty 😋 🥳👏👏. My brother almost finished the Jollof rice😂, ooh well, it didn’t last long in the pot. It was totally consumed 😋😋
